Five Convention - Three State Introductory Program Book Special
For a limited time, Avalon Game Conventions is offering a substantial savings with an introductory
convention special for our program books. Advertise in all five programs for all five shows, and
receive from 37 to 34 percent discount on full page and half page ads.
Our conventions attendees are amongst the premiere Alpha gamers in their various communities,
and who better to send your message to! Our shows are all growing, so the numbers are likely to be
higher for next years round of shows.
*And, if you act soon and purchase a full page ad for all five cities, (by May 31, 2008), you will
receive a free 1/2 page advertisement in our new show coming to Portland in October of 2009!
The final date to take advantage of the ConQuest Program Book Special is June 30, 2008. So don't

We are also taking advertising for individual shows as well. Please refer to the chart below for cutoff
and due dates for ads and payment.
Fee does not include design, composition, layout, or modification of ads. Ad must be camera-ready
copy, in an insertable format. (Jpeg preferred). Pages are 5.5in wide by 8.5in tall. Black and white.
For full color back cover, or inside back cover, please email for pricing. Inside front cover is not
available. We reserve the right to not accept an ad based on content.
